Upon disqualifying a candidate from a job, you will be asked if you would like to send them a rejection email. If selected, you will be shown the 'Default Rejection Email' that you can edit before sending.
TinyHire provide a default rejection email that reads:
Your application for [jobTitle] at [businessName]
Thank you for your interest in a career at [businessName]. We appreciate you have taken the time to apply for the [jobTitle] position.
We have reviewed your CV and experience against the requirements for this role and unfortunately on this occasion we have decided to proceed with other candidates who are a better fit for the [jobTitle] position.
We appreciate your time and effort to apply, and sincerely thank you for your interest in working at [businessName]. We will keep you in mind if a more applicable opportunity becomes available. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
Alternatively, you can edit the Default Rejection Email for your business in Workflow Settings.
A note is attached to candidates who have received a rejection email, so you can keep track of candidates that have been notified.
